Agreement to These Terms
These Marketplace Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who creates a Reinvestz Marketplace account, lists a property, or contacts a seller through the Reinvestz Marketplace. By creating an account or using the Marketplace, you agree to these terms together with the general Reinvestz Terms & Conditions and the Marketplace Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Marketplace.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud.
Listing a Property
- You may only list a property that you own or are legally authorised to sell or rent.
- Listings must be truthful and must not leave out information a buyer or tenant would reasonably need, including price, location, size and condition.
- Photos, videos and descriptions must show the actual property and must not infringe anyone else's copyright or privacy.
- You must remove or update a listing promptly once the property is sold, rented or no longer available.
- Reinvestz may review, edit, hide or remove any listing that breaks these terms or applicable law.
Buyers and Enquiries
Reinvestz provides the platform that connects sellers with interested buyers and tenants. Reinvestz is not a party to any agreement between users, does not own the properties listed, and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the identity of users, or the completion of any transaction. Buyers should carry out their own checks, inspections and legal due diligence before making any commitment or payment.
Fees and Payments
Some Marketplace features may be offered through paid packages. Any applicable fees, billing periods and refund conditions are shown before you purchase. Fees are charged through our payment provider, and you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the package you choose.
Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false, misleading, duplicate or spam listings.
- Using the Marketplace to harass, defraud or discriminate against other users.
- Requesting deposits or payments outside of a lawful, documented process.
- Scraping, copying or reusing listing content or user information without permission.
- Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
The Marketplace is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reinvestz is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, from inaccurate listings, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Marketplace after an update means you accept the revised terms.
