This Privacy Policy explains how Reinvestz collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the Reinvestz Marketplace, whether you list a property or contact a seller. It should be read together with the Marketplace Terms & Conditions and the general Reinvestz Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password when you register or sign in, including through Google.
- Listing details: property information, photos, videos, address and price that you add to a listing.
- Enquiries and messages: the details you share when you contact a seller or reply to a buyer.
- Payment details: billing information for paid packages, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage information: device, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your Marketplace account.
- To publish your listings and show them to interested buyers and tenants.
- To pass buyer enquiries to sellers and allow both sides to communicate.
- To process payments for Marketplace packages.
- To prevent fraud, spam and misuse, and to keep the platform secure.
- To send service messages and, where you have agreed, updates about Reinvestz products.
What Other Users Can See
Information you put in a public listing, such as photos, description, location and price, can be seen by anyone visiting the Marketplace. When a buyer sends an enquiry, the seller receives the contact details the buyer provides so they can respond. Please only share information you are comfortable making available to the other party.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Marketplace (such as hosting, cloud storage, email and payment providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Reinvestz and its users. These providers may store data in other countries, where it is protected by appropriate safeguards.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Listings you delete are removed from public view.
Your Choices and Rights
You can update your account and listing details at any time from your Marketplace dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
